This isnt the 2014 Lotus . But they sticked PDVSA sponsors from pastor, and Romain wasn't even in Lotus with a front nose like that. But what year is it then? im sure it isn't E20 or E21.

Those static cars is anyone's guess what they are. They slap whatever parts on the car that will fit, and sticker them up with the current livery. For all we know, it could be an old Renault chassis.
The nose isn't from a E20 or 21, since the stepped nose was introduced with the 20.

Yes thats what i said, it (isn't) those 2. and i think romain entered lotus in 2012 with the E20 so its all mixed up, and doesn't make sense.

Oops, you're right. I missed the "n't."

I'm going to guess E20/E21 with a nose swap. The lack of a monkey seat confuses me.

We've got a Williams FW27 display car. It's been modified w/ a KERS rear wing and a different nose from when it raced. It's also running 2014 martini livery and has Massa's number on one side and Bottas's on the other. It goes back to Williams every year to get re-done.

A lot of the manufacturers will relivery their display cars year to year. At Goodwood this year an 09-10 McLaren was running the hill, and it was covered in 2014 livery. I'm sure that there exist chassises (no clue if that's the right spelling of that word) in as-raced condition, but for publicity, you want people to see something that sort of (to the casual observer) resembles what's on track now.

Right. So then this is kind of a normal thing, another comment said Williams also does this.
